چکیده
Early diagnosis of dengue is crucial to prevent the progression severe (SD) leading mortality rate reduction. This study aimed determine role CXCL10 in and its potential utilization as one biomarkers for early dengue. A case-control was conducted involving healthy subjects control (n = 10) 193 cases. The cases were categorized into without warning signs (DwoWS: n 70; 34.5 %), with (DWWS: 108; 23.2 (SD: 15; 7.4 %). socio-demographic characteristics, clinical presentations, laboratory parameters (platelet hematocrit) documented. Serum quantification performed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). descriptive analysis Pearson’s correlation test used analyze demographic data between CXCL10, hematocrit, platelet respectively. difference age (p 0.02) ethnicity significant control. Males more frequently had SD contrast females (4:1). frequent abdominal pain (42.0 vomiting (38.3 bleeding tendency (15.0 fluid accumulation (7.2 increase hematocrit 0.039) reduction 0.0005) SD. mean (134.85 ± 48.52 rg/mL) significantly lower than (545.22 76.33 rg/mL, p 0.0005). evident be a biomarker

INTRODUCTION C-X-C motif chemokine 10 (CXCL10) is a chemokine that plays a critical role in the infiltration of T cells in autoimmune diseases and is reported to be expressed in muscle tissue of polymyositis. To determine the therapeutic efficacy of CXCL10 blockade, we investigated the role of CXCL10 and the effect of anti-CXCL10 antibody treatment in C protein-induced myositis (CIM), an animal...
متن کاملAbsence of chemokine (C-x-C motif) ligand 10 diminishes perfusion recovery after local arterial occlusion in mice.
OBJECTIVE In arteriogenesis, pre-existing anastomoses undergo enlargement to restore blood flow in ischemic tissues. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10 (CXCL10) is secreted after Toll-like receptor activation. Toll-like receptors are involved in arteriogenesis; however, the role of CXCL10 is still unclear. In this study, we investigated the role for CXCL10 in a murine hindlimb ischemia model. ...
متن کاملRole of C-X-C chemokine ligand 12/C-X-C chemokine receptor 4 in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
The efficacy of the current non-surgical treatments for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains limited and novel treatments are required to improve patient outcomes. The majority of HCCs develop from chronically damaged tissue that contains a high degree of inflammation and fibrosis, which promotes tumor progression and resistance to therapy. Understanding the interaction between strom...
متن کاملC-X-C Motif Chemokine 10 Impairs Autophagy and Autolysosome Formation in Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis
C-X-C motif chemokine 10 (CXCL10) is a crucial pro-inflammatory factor in chronic hepatitis. Autophagy dysregulation is known to contribute to hepatic inflammatory injury. Hence, we investigated the regulatory effect of CXCL10 on the autophagosome-lysosome system during non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) development. The effect of CXCL10 ablation by neutralizing monoclonal antibody (mAb)...
